Wills

last will and testament

A will provides for the disposition of your estate upon your death and also allows you to nominate who will serve as executor. If your estate is worth more than $150,000, your Will must be submitted to court. This is traditionally called a probate administration. While a probate administration can be effective, it has certain disadvantages in terms of unnecessary delays, publicity and cost.
